Box Class incorporates real boxing combinations used by real boxers, combined with boxing inspired fitness drills all to help you develop that lean, stong and confident fighters physique.
The class is high intensity and challenging, although the workout can almost always be progressed or regressed depending on your fitness level.

Each Box Class will work on correct boxing technique to ensure your safety, and because its awesome fun to learn new skills. Box Class is here to make your workout experience incredible. You’ll learn the 5 main punches; Jab, cross, uppercut, hook and body rip. You’ll learn how to avoid punches too.
If you stand still in a boxing match you get hit. Although there of course is no contact in Box Class, avoiding punches is obviously a huge part of the sport of boxing so we teach you how to move, block, slip and duck an opponents attack, as well as how to punch.
