Our boxing program is for beginners to moderate fitness levels. We are not for the super fit but for the average person who wants a fun, efficient way to exercise. Everyone is welcome to join in our workouts and most of all, no experience is necessary. At Box Class we want everyone to experience the great health and fitness benefits of boxing.
You don’t need to come with a partner and you don’t need to bring any boxing equipment. Inners, gloves and focus mits are provided.
You are welcome at any of the classes listed under Timetable. However, to ensure a better service to you, please notify us of the class you intend on participating in and if you cannot attend a booked session.
During the checkout phase you will have the option of paying by credit card, bank deposit, cash or cheque.
