How long do you track a referred customer for?
We track a customer referred by you for a period of 45 days. This means if someone clicks on our banner from your site and doesn't purchase immediately, we will track this person and if they purchase anytime within 45 days you will receive commission.
What are cookies and how can I be sure I will receive commission from a sale that has come from my referral?
Cookies make tracking affiliate-referred-sales very convenient and nearly 100% fool proof. The affiliate tracking software plants a small text file or "cookie" on the web visitor's browser. The only way this method fails is if the web visitor has disabled cookies, uses cookie-blocking software, or manually deletes their cookies before the conversion. If this occurs, BOX CLASS cannot track the sale to an affiliate.
