Box class offers an extensive range of open public boxing fitness classes for individuals to attend. Classes are conducted mornings, lunchtimes and evenings at various outdoor Sydney locations.

Boxercise is a great fun way to exercise. Burn calories, lose weight, increase cardio fitness and release stress. Not only is boxing an excellent cardio workout, but its great muscularly. You’ll feel invigorated and rejuvenated after an outdoor boxersize class during your lunch hour in the Domain (Sydney CBD) or early on a Saturday morning on the water at Rushcutters Bay. Our friendly boxing trainers have designed our cardio boxing classes for beginner to moderate fitness levels. They are not for the super fit but for the average person who wants a fun, efficient way to exercise.
 
Everyone is welcome to join in our workouts and most of all, no experience is necessary. You don’t need to come with a partner and you don’t need to bring any boxing equipment. Inners, gloves and focus pads are provided.
