"I enjoy Box Class because there are a variety of times that I can attend, from early morning to evening. I like attending at different times because you get a variety of partners to train with, all with different levels of ability. However, the main reason I have to alternate session times is because of work commitments, so the flexibility is a great advantage for me. The one thing I've found with boxing classes is that they are always slightly different, either because you are in a different location or training with different people. The variety keeps me interested (unlike going to the gym, urgh!), and training outdoors is just the best feeling. I can go into work after a 7am session and feel completely alert and refreshed...although slightly achy the day after!"
